First Team Management Reshuffle at Dorking Wanderers
Posted: 5th May 2017
Dorking Wanderers have today announced that they have made some changes to the first team’s management structure.
Dean Milton is promoted from his current first team coaching duties, replacing Gary Pascoe as Assistant Manager. Furthermore, club Captain Chris Boulter will have a dual role, continuing as a player but also working as Assistant Coach as part of his coaching development. Both Dean and Chris will work with Marc White (Manager), Tom Duke (Coach), Tony Prime (Goalkeeping Coach), Karen Marshall (Fitness Coach) and Grant Steele (Physio) as the club prepare for their maiden season in the Ryman Premier League.
First team Manager Marc White said: “Internal recruitment is a vital part of the philosophy of Dorking Wanderers, and we’re delighted that both Dean and Chris have accepted the roles offered to them. Both have been a pivotal part of the club in recent years, and as such have a very strong rapport with both the players and backroom team. I’m sure they will strengthen our existing management structure”.
White continued: “I would also like to take this opportunity to thank Gary Pascoe for his hard work and help in securing our promotion last season. Gary leaves with our very best wishes and we wish him well in his next role in football”.
