Dorking Wanderers secure services of star man McShane until 2018

Dorking Wanderers have today announced that prolific striker James McShane has extended his contract with the Ryman South outfit, and will remain at Westhumble until (at least) the end of the 2018 season.
McShane has been in fine form following his summer move from Molesey, and has netted 19 goals in all competitions so far this season. He has also won back-to-back Player of the Month awards in November and December.
Manager Marc White is naturally delighted that McShane has extended his contract, and said: “We’re incredibly lucky to have James in our ranks. He ticks so many boxes that in non-league football are hard to find; he is totally committed, has a professional attitude and approach to everything he does, and for all those that have watched him play they will know that he is an exceptional talent”.
White continued: “I am delighted that James has committed himself to the club until a minimum of 2018. He fits into everything we are trying to achieve as a club moving forward”.
McShane will next be in action this Saturday, 21st January, when Wanderers welcome South Park to Westhumble in the Ryman Division One South, 3pm kick-off.
