Job Vacancy: Women’s Team Manager 2017/18
Posted: May 25th 2017
Dorking Wanderers FC is launching a new women’s team next season and applications are invited now for the post of Women’s Team Manager.
This is an excellent opportunity for a coach to come in and build on the recent strong history of women’s football development in Dorking – and take it to the next level.
You’ll be an integrated part of Dorking Wanderers FC, a community run but highly progressive non-league football club now in the Ryman Premier League - and you’ll be looking to make the women’s team as successful as their male counterparts.
You’ll have the best possible facilities at your disposal. Along with the rest of Dorking Wanderers, the women’s team will be based at the brand new, state-of-the-art Meadowbank Stadium. You’ll play and train on the 3G pitch in the stadium, which is right in the town centre and will be at the heart of a vibrant new football community.
The new stadium will create a permanent home ground for Dorking Wanderers and also provide a new headquarters for Surrey FA - generating substantial local interest through its location and community use. You’ll be looking to create an ambitious team that meets and capitalises on that interest.
Our new women’s team manager will look something like this:
